| (felt great straight up and down)squat scanthes felt awesome..was able to get straight up and down and that made all the difference..definitely felt it my legs and butt! CTB's not so much..was having trouble stringing and was disengaging at the bottom on a few when I was trying to string together. but thank you tweety for showin' me a bit of technique after class..that made all the difference..wasted way less energy! I'm going to practice between the band and the box until I get it. excited to get it right. and wow..thanks for bringing up the no thumb around the bar!..I've always heard of doing pull-ups with no thumbs around bar but always afraid to try it..felt pretty awesome..gonna try that from now on..we'll see how it goes.
