| First off, as a US Marine, i will tell you that before you go and stlorl into bars and introduce youself to everyone and their mother as a future Army Infantyman, maybe you should stop.. and realize the word future. Second of all, you can't call them pogues. Thats a derogatory remark made by Infantrymen to REMFS and office types(in good fun of course) and since you are neither,please refrain from being any which way derogatory to my brothers. I went in the Marines as a 0621 Field Radio Operator, and before i went to the Island i wasnt running around bars stopping every guy in there with a high and tight looking for him to pat my *** because i was GOING to join. If you cant handle some Marines in a bar calling you a Ken Doll to the point you come on yahoo all bent out of shape looking for more reassurance of your worth, how are you going to handle a Drill Instructor (or Drill Sgt. in your case) screaming in your face about all the nasty and dispicable things hes going to do to every female loved you have at graduation and how he wants to go punch your recruiter in the mouth for letting you join HIS service. My advice to you there poolee is develop some thicker skin.
