Linda, A few years back I shared an eninevg of Steaks and Beers with you, Seamus, at least 30 young marines and soldiers and my fiancee at the time . Marc Runyan .whose son Corporal Luke Runyan, had recently been killed in Iraq. Marc was in such pain at that time. And while I doubt a parent really ever does recover from loosing a child, that night at your home touched us deeply. What a night .Marc found comfort friendsihip and a connection to his son's world being around Seamus and the young military men who shared his son's devotion to serivice. You can't measure that value you can only feel it. I am a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and even though Seamus dogged me a bit for not being a Marine, we bonded in patriotism. I was sooooo overwelmeld by this man (your husband, Seamus) and how his mere presence ignites patiotiism I am honored to have known him. All he cared about that night was how his guests (THESE YOUNG MARINES AND SOLDIERS) enjoyed their time . what an awsome experience ..Linda, Seamus gave me a coin that night and thanked me for being there .my God . he was thanking me .how humbling..Seamus will be remembered by thousands of Americans bonded by patriotism .Linda .no doubt I have the utmost respect for Seamus, but please remember that your support of him enabled him to touch so many of us .my heart goes out to you ..God Speed Master Sergeant Pamela J. Pasi, USAF, Retired
