I apologize if I have already emailed you - obviously this is important to me so I thank you for your patience.
I am desperately searching for ANYONE who knew and/or spoke to my brother while he was over in Vietnam. His name was John Arthur (possibly John G. Arthur). I have such limited info on him because after my brother was killed (here stateside) my family wouldn't speak of him then my family died. Though I was young, I was closest to him. Johnny was killed in California
(Los Angeles 1969) not long after returning from Vietnam. He may not have been a friendly type as my father brutally abused him before forcing him to join the Marines and go to Vietnam. I believe he towards the end of his time in Vietnam he was putting bodies together to ship them back stateside, but initially he was what I consider "ground fodder."
Please help me if you can. He was born in 1946 in the Panama Canal Zone. My father was James P. Arthur and my mother was from Ecuador, Nelida Coronel. Thank you so very much! btrueatsou@yahoo.com
