I was surprised to see your name on the 7th Marines web site. I have not seen you since you were in 3/8 in 1968. I was in Lima 3/8 but left in Feb 1968 to return to Vietnam. I was in 2/3 until I was shot in July 1968.
C 1/7 had a company reunion in Gettsburg last September. About 20 of us attended to include the CO, Capt. Ripplemeyer.
Tommy Fuqua also attended he was in 1st Platoon. Sgt Neeley was the squad leader. Tommy has a whole list of names from the squad and platoon. He has talked to most of them over the years.
I often wondered where everyone went after they got out. I stayed in for 26 years and retired as a Master Gunnery Sergant in 1991.
After returning from Embassy Duty in 1971, I actually had it easy for the next 20 years.
