Served in Viet Nam Nov.64-Oct65 (split tours)
Was a Corpsman with 3rd MarDiv. First assigned to Headquarter Company at Camp Courtney in Okinawa, then sent down to DaNang first time with Gen. Davis. Upon return to DaNang, Started out as perimeter security around airbase, then moved up to Monkey Mountain north end of DaNang Airbase. Anybody remember me. I'm from Minn.
The only names I can remember are a Gunny Marquardt, Mitchell, and Sgt Sullivan who was later KIA. Would be nice to hear from anybody in my old outfit. The other two corpsman attached to the outfit was Frank Plass, and a Doc Cooper.
