Hi my name is Matt, I and the rest of my class are trying get in contact with veterans in order to tell and hopefully show you and others that we haven't forgotten the troubles that you the veterans had to go through both overseas and back home. I just want to say to the people who served in the Vietnam war, that you are not forgotten. Although I am only a teenager and I don't have much experiance in this whole matter, I just wanted to honor in any way possible the men and women who served for their country in the war. One way that I figured I could honor all those who served is by telling you and whoever reads this letter that I won't forget--and neither will my classmates--about the struggles that you all overcame.
