| On 4/4/69 a USMC A4E crashed while providing close air support for ground forces approximately 17 miles southwest of Danang in area called "Arizona Territory" possibly supporting "Oklahoma Hills." Pilot did not survive crash. Looking for any ground witnesses and the FAC who may have been on the ground to provide information about crash as well as the ground operation that was being supported.
