I can't help it I love sweet foods! Which is why I try not to keep them in my house. I definitely agree with Sid in that the siuiatton can add to the flavor of any food. I love sitting around eating pie at Thanksgiving and making cookies for the holidays; I especially love when there are leftover lemon bars on the kitchen counter just calling to me as I make my morning tea (Thank you Sid's Mom)!I think one of the things that makes dessert more appealing is the idea that they are off limits. Sneaking brownie batter or a slice of pie makes it that much more delicious when it not allowed. Above all of these yummy treats my ultimate favorite dessert is a warm s'more cooked perfectly by campfire. Nothing beats sandwiching a gooey marshmallow in between chocolate and graham cracker and if a little campfire ash falls in that's okay too.
