|What a nice quick way to make gumbo, especially if you have a taste for gumbo on a week night!!! I've been mniakg gumbo for new year's day for quite awhile now so I'll be pulling out the big stock pot next week. I pretty much use the same ingredients you use but use a whole chicken or leg quarters (my family likes dark meat) and I also add okra.
