The operation you seek where Jim Passmore and myself were wounded was MAMELUKE THRUST, the original name was K BAR THRUST, but as the operation became bigger than they expected they needed a fancier name. I would be glad to point out that you were there and helping young marines in any way possible. That day of my first injury was 15 july 68 at Quang nam, South Vietnam.
