| I agree that its unsightly. But the inrevse is very difficult to accommodate. I recently completely 4 buildings for a new college campus - there were silly stiplations of "fixed specifications" the type of lightning protectors, pipes that had to be external, a whole bunch of ridiculous things - we tried to fight a few of them but in the end it still became comprimise...very few buildings I've seen with the architects' purity (zaha vitra station)
