| Each application pesorcs is independent, so it won't NECESSARILY increase your odds. The Army is definitely recruiting whereas the Air Force is reducing troop levels, so just applying to the AROTC (Army ROTC) would give you the greatest possible chances of success. Apply for all the ones you're interested in though. I applied to both the Navy and AF ROTC, got both, and got to pick which branch of service I wanted.Of course, this all depends on you meeting the requirements competitively, of course
