Here is where I stand with the battle of FPS. I like the iviuittne control of Modern Warfare and the smooth game play. I do not like how Infinity Ward insults it’s loyal fan base with rip off DLC.I was quite impressed with Battlefield 2 the Frost Bite engine is amazing and the building destruction is a welcomed element. I was forced to think outside the box and on my toes a lot more during BF2 than MW2. Something about being pinned down, seeking cover behind a wall that is rapidly being chipped through by enemy artillery…think fast or die where you stand. But from what I understand the multi-player of BF2 does not have the same shine as MW2.All in all I am sure I will play or own both at some point in time. The one I purchase first will greatly depend on how many people I know are getting the same title. I have completely missed Thursday Frag Nights with the group. Now that employment and my business is starting to trickle in there is a good chance I can be back online by this fall and look forward to hooking back up with my a-gamer comrades.
