I was set up with a blind date before by my hair dssreer. I talked to the guy on the phone a couple times, and he seemed really down to earth and we had a lot in common. He finally asked me out on a date and said he wanted to do it correctly'. He picked me up from work & we went to dinner. The restaurant is packed! We order our food and I grab my fork to start eating and, I kid you not, he says, Um, can't we pray first? I have NOTHING against praying for a meal, but I can tell you RIGHT NOW, I've NEVER prayed at a restaurant before. People were staring and I'm pretty sure my face was red enough for everyone to know this was NOT the usual for me. Then, we went to Music in the Park to walk around and the whole time, the talked about me going with him to Church and Youth Groups for people our age. It was like a whole Come to Jesus date, so apparently I was putting off the wrong vibe! He was a gentleman though, because he sent me flowers to work the next day, as well as to the hair dssreer that set us up and said it was one of the better dates he's ever been on. (No, we didn't go out again.)
