| Nothing bad happens if your 3rd class. That's just the last class beorfe you fail basic training. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd classes are just to rank you in fitness. The higher the score, obviously, the higher class. But just because you make 3rd classes, doesn't mean anything other than maybe your own sense of defeat for not getting a higher score.The minimum score for ages 17-27 on the final PFT is 110. So from 110 to 149 is 3rd class. Anything below 110 is a fail and you will have to repeat basic training.
