| if Dam Vinh Hung is a communist, then I must be Hittler. Don't be fakreing stupid. Don't just call people communist because you hate them, their ideas, or their style or whatever. If you call people communists, make sure you have SOLID EVIDENCE. Otherwise it is defamation. It has been a tradition in this Vietnamese communities that a communist accusation can be thrown at anyone, to name a few: Nguoi Viet newspaper, singer Bang Kieu, Thu Phuong, and MC Trinh Hoi who helped refugees in Philipines. Those accusations just show how shallow some people are. While there is freedom, there is also bad freedom which is actually supported by no law. Keep in mind that once you go overboard on your rights, you will have to hold yourself accountable to your actions. If you still don't understand, go back and look at few defamation suit cases. Go get a real life and a real job.
