Los Angeles don't think you'll have enough time to do this but the hlgihight for me in LA was Universal Studios. Only a stop or two on the subway from Hollywood. The Simpsons Ride is a must, I LOVED it! :) For nightlife, I went to a club called Boulevard 3 which was pretty cool. Some of my friends went to The Standard which looked awesome but I piked due to jetlag :( If you're staying in downtown LA, beware of the dodgy areas. Steer clear of east of Main St between Third and Seventh Streets where possible, especially at night.Las Vegas Not sure which helicopter tour you have planned but you should definitely do a helicopter trip out to the Grand Canyon. It's breathtaking! However, I do not recommend this if you've had a big night the night before. Two of my friends did this one of them was physically ill several times both in the helicopter and when we got out in the Canyon. The other rocked up to the helicopter in a suit because he'd been out all night and they barely let him on because they thought he was still a bit drunk. Definitely go to the Bellagio fountain show, its best viewed at night and in the evenings they run every 15 minutes. The Venetian is amazing! Try and climb the Eiffel Tower as well, I missed out on doing this and its my one Vegas regret. Take as many limo rides as you can and enjoy the freedom of being able to buy a drink at one casino and being able to take it outside and walk down the strip to another one :)New York Central Park is amazing! I did a bike n roll tour through it which goes for a couple of hours and is a great way to see what the park has to offer. Go to 30 Rock and go up to the Top of the Rock observatory. In some ways this is better than Empire State because when you're on Empire State, 30 Rock kind of blocks your view of Central Park a bit. For this reason its best to go up during the day, at night you'll just be looking at a big black rectangle ;-) Also, find out what the visibility is like at the top before you get your ticket for either of these. I can't remember exactly where but somewhere near 30 Rock there is a Nintendo World store :D Obviously, you've got Times Square as well. Eat bagels, pizza and cheescake! Oh and I'm sure you'll enjoy the iconic Apple Store on 5th Avenue :p
