The Lima Company 2011 Reunion will be held 15 thru 17, September 2011 at the
Hampton Inn & Suites.
A block of rooms have been reserved. Final reservations must be made three weeks prior to arrival. A Web site will
be available for LIMA Company Reservations . Room rates are $ 109.00 per night plus local taxes. There is a
Continental Breakfast every morning at 06:00H until 10:00H AM. A side meeting room has been made avaiable for us to
use at our leisure, and the Hotel has accommodated us with a double hospitality room for the entire function. We will further
enhance it with a bar and snack area for everyone's enjoyment.
The Hotel does not have a bar or restaurant. Being located in downtown Boise there are a multitude of restaurants and bars
to frequent within a very short walking distance.

Thursday, September 15 is a free day for check-in and hospitality. There will be a registration desk set up in the main Lobby upon arrival with information
for dining and shopping in the downtown area.
Friday, September 16 times are yet to be determined:
InterWest Bus Co will be picking us up at the Hotel for transportation:
Memorial Service for our Fallen Brothers at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery.
Lunch: To be determined at a local restaurant.
Idaho State Territorial Prison: Cica 1870 - 1973 walking tour. The prison walls were made of hand-cut stone, four cell blocks are open to the public.
Return to the Hotel for the remainder of the day. Diner is at your choice of restaurant, and to visit many historic locations in downtown
Boise.
Saturday, September 17 times are yet to be determined:
Boise Bus Company will be picking us up at the Holtel for transportation to the War Hawk Air Museum, upon completion of the tour we will return to the Hotel.
Julia David Park - Western Barbeque:
We will have an "Old Fashioned" Picnic at this century old park founded by the Davis Family who settled in the Boise Valley in the 1800's.
Tentative Menu: Prime Rib, Fresh Salmon, Crab and a multitude of side dishes to accompany the meal. Cost of the dinner is yet to be determined, but it will be
very reasonable.
Following the dinner, we will have a business meeting regarding finances and determine our next caravan for 2012.
