PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY, especially if you are arriving
early as the largest number of rooms is being held on Friday and
Saturday nights.
Group Room Rate: Rooms are $ 99.00 per night, single through
quad occupancy, per night plus applicable taxes (current tax rate is
12.5 % and is subject to change). Group rate applies five days before and
five days after, AS AVAILABLE. In order to make reservations for any dates other than
May 16-20, you must call the hotel to check for availability.
Reservation Procedure: Please contact the hotel at
800-588-4656, inform the agent that you are booking a room for the " 1st Bn,
7th Marines Vietnam Association" goup. All reservations must be guaranteed by
a credit card and you will not be charged until 72 hours prior to arrival. If you
cancel your reservations within 48 hours of arrival or are a no show, your credit
card will be charged for one nights stay plus tax. The Group affiliation must be
mentioned at the time of reservation in order to qualify for the discount rate.
